Tony Dyhouse is an experienced Cyber Security professional who has held senior roles in Government and private industry including British Gas, ICL/Fujitsu, the Defence Evaluation & Research Agency (DERA later QinetiQ) and has worked with the UK Intelligence Agencies.
Tony’s professional qualifications include Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP). He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a member of both the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
Tony’s experience includes designing, installing and maintaining SCADA systems, building and operating a Secure Operations Centre capable of handling operations up to the level of Top Secret and assisting with the development of the CPNI Information Exchanges. He has also run several Internet of Things programmes.
Tony has worked with the Technology Strategy Board (now Innovate UK) as Director of the Cyber Security Knowledge Transfer Network (CS KTN) and other KTNs with a Cyber Security programme. He was also Director of the Trustworthy Software Initiative (contracted by CPNI via Warwick University) and managed the Information Economy Council’s Data Privacy and Trust sub-committee for the Connected Digital Economy Catapult (CDEC).
Tony is a keen sailor and holds a RYA Skipper qualification and also enjoys trips out on his Lambretta scooter.
