Securious welcomes Mark Golden to the team

We are delighted to welcome Mark Golden, Operations Administrator, to the Securious team. 

Mark joins us with a wealth of experience, bringing a fresh perspective to our front-end operations. His role is key in our customer engagement processes, where he focuses on scoping client requirements, organising proposals, and keeping an eye on our CRM system to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups with clients. 

Before joining us here at Securious, Mark spent 13 years working in sales reporting. He previously worked at a fire and security company before moving down here to Devon with his family. 

Mark has extensive experience in various CRM systems, and he is excited to delve deeper into our processes and streamline our operations further. Mark is also eager to contribute to making our digital world safer by working with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of our cyber security services. He understands that cyber security impacts everyone, whether directly working in the industry or using digital technology in daily life. 

When not in the office, Mark is quite the adventurer. He enjoys running, hiking in Exmoor and Dartmoor, and walking along the coast paths with Bailey, their cockapoo. Mark is also a dedicated follower of the Exeter Chiefs and loves spending time at Sandy Park watching their games.
