John has a passion to nurture and develop privately owned entrepreneurially led companies, including Private Equity backed, who have growth ambitions to create and realise significant shareholder returns

In guiding such companies, he uses the experience and knowledge gained over many years as Chairman and Non-Executive Director within successful entrepreneur led businesses, particularly in digital, manufacturing and health

In addition, as a strong team player, he has worked with larger quoted (including AIM) and unquoted businesses where good corporate governance is valued, encouraged and delivered

John also likes to give back by helping companies in the charitable and public sector create well-led and high-performing organisations.
